You will be leading the Customer product - perfecting the onboarding and verification processes to make the experience as seamless as possible for our customers and as automated as possible for our operations teams. You will be the first Product Owner at Skilling, so you will also have the opportunity to define the Product Management process, templates, reports and cadence across the groups.

What you will do

  • You will take the full responsibility of the product, and manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • You will be responsible for a team of engineers, QAs and designers and for the delivery of KPIs
  • Understand the strategic and competitive position of the product, carry out competitive analysis and identify and deliver value adding increments.

Responsabilities

Responsabilities

  • Ongoing tracking & reporting on the retention rates of monthly cohorts

  • Your Skills

    • 5+ years’ CRM experience (with 2+ years’ experience in the FX and CFD sector), with a demonstrable track record of meeting and/or exceeding retention KPIs and targets
    • Experience at a multi-platform broker is a plus
    • Natural communicator
    • Experience working with any of the leading CRM & email software (Salesforce, Customer.io), an added bonus would be experience working in conjunction with a CDP (Segment)

You will be tasked with growing and developing our global affiliate function, recruiting and managing new and existing affiliate partners to meet Skilling’s commercial objectives. The role sits within the Partnerships function and works to its KPIs. Although the main focus of the role is managing affiliates, IBs (Introducing Brokers) also fall within the role's remit.

  • Grow existing relationships with affiliates and IBs.
