  • Your Skills

    • 4+ years’ experience in FX and CFD customer acquisition marketing with a demonstrable track record of meeting and/or exceeding global customer acquisition KPIs and targets. Strong knowledge of forex and CFD trading. Experience at the multi-platform broker is a plus.
    • Strong digital marketing / performance media experience across PPC, paid social, app marketing, online media, programmatic, and other similar channels.
    • Exceptional experience in building successful partnership programmes (affiliates and IBs) on global scale. Business development experience across IBs and Money Managers is a very strong plus.
    • Experience creating effective, on-point acquisition marketing campaigns and utilising them to drive growth globally.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to spot new customer acquisition opportunities.

Skilling, a fast-growing Scandinavian brokerage offering cryptocurrencies, stocks, and more is launching an internship challenge.

Interns will receive comprehensive experience in the brokerage industry and a chance to travel to Marbella, Spain to meet Skilling’s management and Scandinavian founders. The internship challenge will centre around assisting Skilling in growing in its home market - Sweden.

Reporting to the Global Sales Director and being mentored by the Senior Nordic Account Manager we are seeking a maximum of three dynamic interns to join us primarily in the business development and relationship management department to learn about the online trading business and assist with the proactive conversion of leads into live trading accounts. Internship challenge - Top interns may receive a full-time job offer, completion bonus & trip to Marbella, Spain to one of our major offices to meet and work with our senior staff.

Launched over a year ago, Skilling, a relatively new player in the crowded FX and CFD sector, with its own proprietary trading platform, is looking for a dynamic Spanish speaking sales person with Fx and CFD industry experience to join our customer facing team.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, we are seeking a dynamic person to join us as a Sales Account member and be responsible for proactive conversion of leads and retention of live trading account. So it is essential that you have worked in the FX / CFD Industry and the sales environment within these areas.

  • Successful track record in sales , partnerships or business development in the Spanish market selling Fx and CFDs
  • Excellent work ethic and desire to hit and exceed KPIs
  • Dynamic and strategic thinker who can identify and resolve problems

Personal Specifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English and any other languages
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Fx and CFD sales
  • Strong rapport building skills with customers
  • Experience making 75-100 daily calls
  • Experience working with a CRM, i.e salesforce or similar
  • Understanding of Affiliates and IB Partnerships
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Determined character, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Established client portfolio is a plus

Multimedia Designer

We are seeking an individual to fit the role of Multimedia Designer to join our team and help us take our brand communications to the next level. The role entails working closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams, as well as teams across all departments and will report directly to the Design & Creative Lead.

The right candidates for this role may work from one of our Skilling office locations, in Marbella / London / Cyprus / Malta; or remote from somewhere within our EU time zone

Your responsibilities as a Multimedia Designer

  • Conceptualise and create graphics for use in various media and across different print and web mediums
  • Study and understand design briefs to develop best possible concepts, layouts, etc for most effective visual communication of brand messages
  • Prepare rough drafts of concepts for approval of the direction before moving on to full design work
  • Creating digital images, video animation, and typography animations. Work and create within brand guidelines to ensure cohesiveness in brand imagery
  • Ensure final (animated) graphics are visually appealing and always on-brand
  • Ensure that stakeholder feedback is taken into account and incorporated into designs
  • Localise designs for multiple markets
  • Your skills

    • You are exceptionally creative- and your portfolio of previous design work attests to just how creative you can get.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate content and verbal communications into visual language and imagery
    • Excellent time management skills - juggling many different tasks and projects and delivering on time is second nature to you
    • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy - you can spot even a pixel that’s out of place
    • Up-to-date with design trends - you understand the latest trends and know how to adapt them to brand to maximize impact of our commercials
    • Professional approach to colleagues teams - you’re a true team player and you love to support the people and teams you work with to ensure that they have everything they need from you to perform on their own duties
    • You are super open to feedback - you understand that final design and creative output is always better when ideas and feedback of the team are respected and included
    • Excellent knowledge and skills with design software and tools - Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop,Illustrator, Indesign), Sketch, Figma
    • 3D Software knowledge like Cinema 4D, Blender, its a plus
    • The ability to work with a fast-paced, agile team and balance multiple tasks at once.
