We’re scaling at Skilling!

We are seeking to employ a Swedish speaking Sales Account Manager to join our sales team and help us take our sales team to the next level. The role entails working closely with the Sales and Commercial teams, as well as teams across all departments, reporting to the Global Sales Director. We are seeking a dynamic person to be responsible for proactive conversion of warm leads and the retention of live trading accounts specifically focusing on the Swedish market. It is essential that you have worked in a sales environment and have an interest in financial markets.

The right candidates for this role may work from anywhere on a remote basis on a full time consultancy basis, remote from somewhere within our EU time zone, or via one of our Skilling office locations taking advantage of a hybrid environment in Marbella / Cyprus / Malta / London.

What you will do:

  • Converting leads into active clients through warm calling
  • Assisting new clients to use our suite of trading platforms
  • Educating clients to understand the concept of margin trading across FX, Crypto & CFDs
  • Act as the main contact point for active clients and help to resolve any issues
  • Seek beneficial partnerships within your designated region
  • Professionally represent the company to leads and customers via phone, email, meetings, webinars, seminars and industry events
  • Training on products, systems and sales process will be given and an excellent commission package is on offer for the right candidate

Who you are

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Successful track record in sales, customer support or similar client-facing role in the Swedish market
  • Excellent work ethic and desire to hit and exceed targets/KPIs
  • Dynamic and strategic thinker who can identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere and work well within a team environment
  • Interest in financial markets and continuous learning
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Personal Specifications

  • 1+ year of experience in sales
  • Strong rapport building skills with customers
  • Experience making 75-100 daily calls
  • Native Swedish speaker - both written and verbal
  • Experience working with a CRM database, i.e salesforce or similar
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Determined character, with a positive can-do attitude

  • Be available for working in the following shift: 7am to 4pm GMT/UTC with one hour for lunch

What you will do:

  • Build and refine communications using the company platforms. HubSpot experience is highly appreciated.
  • Support the implementation of automated journeys and the build of newsletters for multiple audiences.
  • Accustomed to designing and building communications for different channels: email, sms, push notifications, in-app messaging, Slack, WhatsApp and others.
  • Be able to understand the Q/A testing process and participate in it to test emails and multichannel campaigns to deliver the best quality communications for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run optimally and with cross-functional teams to coordinate featured assets, content and translations.
  • Work collaboratively with Brand and Design teams to understand business requirements and customer needs.

Who you are

  • Have experience of 1 to 3 years working as an Email Marketing Specialist, Email Marketing Executive or CRM Executive
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Liquid to build communications and personalizations.
  • Experience building communications via different channels: emails, push notifications, sms, in-app messaging, and social media.
  • Experience building journeys and newsletters.
  • Basics of clients’ base management.
  • Detail-oriented. Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a get it done attitude, with the ability to drive projects with minimum supervision from inception to completion with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player, flexible and adaptable.
