We are seeking an individual to fit the role of a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role entails working closely with our other Customer Service Executives & Back Office team, and also the Trading team and reports directly to the Head of Operations.

The responsibilities are wide-ranging and varied. It is necessary to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all areas of the business. At the forefront of the company operations, the Executive will be responsible for maintaining and developing high standards of service. All aspects of the role will be customer-centric and to offer the best customer service in the industry. It is a must to be focused on what will give the customer the best possible experience from the site and world-class customer service in a competitive world.

What you will do as a Customer Support Executive

  • Provide the highest level of quality customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Engage with customers (chats, emails, phone calls) to provide the most relevant information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products, payment methods and services.
  • Escalate and liaise with other departments for issues such as payment and security related issues.
  • Ensure that all tasks and client-generated tickets are followed up and dealt with promptly in accordance with the company’s service standards.

Junior Payment Officer

The role of the Junior Payment Compliance Officer is to support the Operations and Backoffice team. Through this role we will ensure that there is ongoing communication with all the payment service providers and gateways to clear all matters which may arise on a day to day basis.

Skilling operates internationally and has service agreements with payment processors worldwide, to ensure all our customer payment needs are met.

What you will do

  • Monitoring the day to day movements over the gateways to the CRM of Skilling and the PSPs
  • Take ownership of the communication with the PSPs on the ongoing developments and the technical errors which may arise from time to time
  • Take ownership of the communication with the gateways and raise the necessary ticket with their support departments reporting the bugs which arise with the PSPs
  • Aid the Training Team to plan, deliver, review, and analyse ongoing payments training sessions for Agents from all Departments
  • Pre-empt possible issues and bring potential solutions forward for implementation.
  • Work together with the operations team in order to continuously improve internal systems and enhanced capabilities, throughout
  • Monitor and report the PSP balances to the Head of BO in order to better coordinate necessary top-ups and transfers
  • Give operational feedback to the CFO as requested with the given deadlines.
  • Work closely with the CFO in the research process for new payment processors and methods; the review of the services and the full onboarding process

Responsabilities

  • Head up all customer acquisition activities, initiatives, processes and developments globally
  • Manage all acquisition channels and budgets, digital and nondigital, to central commercial plan and KPIs

  • Be a part of the senior leadership team within the Commercial department helping to shape departmental strategy.
  • Manager, develop, and nurture an acquisition team consisting of channel specialists – work closely with similar functions inside and outside Commercial to ensure acquisition potential is maximised.Create team processes and improvement plans to enhance the team’s output
  • Be a thought leader in performance marketing utilising web analytics, attribution, other martech technologies to achieve acquisition marketing excellence. Work closely with tech, BI and other relevant functions to ensure we achieve the best setup within acquisition.
  • Create an internal centre of excellence for acquisition marketing, in terms of products, people and processes used within the team.
  • Continuously develop and suggest new initiatives and smart ways to enhance our acquisition potential.
  • Work closely with the country teams to meet their P&L objectives.
  • Your Skills

    • 4+ years’ experience in FX and CFD customer acquisition marketing with a demonstrable track record of meeting and/or exceeding global customer acquisition KPIs and targets. Strong knowledge of forex and CFD trading. Experience at the multi-platform broker is a plus.
    • Strong digital marketing / performance media experience across PPC, paid social, app marketing, online media, programmatic, and other similar channels.
    • Exceptional experience in building successful partnership programmes (affiliates and IBs) on global scale. Business development experience across IBs and Money Managers is a very strong plus.
    • Experience creating effective, on-point acquisition marketing campaigns and utilising them to drive growth globally.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to spot new customer acquisition opportunities.

Responsabilities

  • Manage and execute all customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other customer marketing channels globally.

You will be tasked with growing and developing our global affiliate function, recruiting and managing new and existing affiliate partners to meet Skilling’s commercial objectives. The role sits within Partnerships function and works to its KPIs. Although the main focus of the role is managing affiliates, IBs (Introducing Brokers) also fall within the role's remit.

Responsabilities

  • Grow existing relationships with affiliates and IBs.

The role of the Junior Compliance Officer is to support the Corporate Compliance Program, ensuring the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of any regulatory body, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behaviour in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct. The role is focused on Regulatory Compliance, Legal, and Anti-Money Laundering. The position is for our Nicosia, Cyprus office base.

What you will do

The Junior Compliance Officer reports directly to the Compliance Officer/Head of Legal by monitoring and reporting the results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company and in providing guidance for the senior management team on matters relating to compliance. The Junior Compliance Officer may be authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program.

The Compliance Officer may also be requested to act as a Money Laundering Reporting Officer with the responsibility of keeping the company adjourned with local and any other EU based Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performing regular AML monitoring to ensure that standards are adhered.
  • Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received / investigation outcomes/compliance reports.
  • Prepare applications, notifications and record updates for the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC)
  • Prepare internal reports related to compliance activities in ensuring annual obligations and license conditions are fulfilled
  • Comply with KYC requirements and keeping updated records in the database
  • Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards
  • Keep abreast with all regulations and legislation governing the financial services license the firm is operating under, including all local and EU regulations and legislation, AML related reporting, including but not limited to: ESMA, EMIR. CySEC.

  • Assist the Compliance Officer
  • Qualifications

    • Education: University Bachelor’s degree in Law or related
    • Experience: 2 years’ experience in a role within a Compliance/ AML Department
    • Fluent in English and Greek, both oral and written
    • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
    • Proven track record in leadership, familiarity with operational, financial and regulations is a must.
    • CySec Basic or Advance certification shall be considered an asset
    • Previous work experience in a CIF Licenced Entity shall be considered an asset and such applicants shall be given preference.
