Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on media buying products like DV360, Outbrain, Adform, various DSPs for acquisition, activation, and retention (across web and app) and optimize towards defined KPIs.
  • Take our programmatic campaigns to the next level. Define and implement a retargeting strategy and scale up programmatic buying.
  • Work closely with the commercial, the product and content teams to facilitate implementation of display / programmatic campaigns.
  • Work closely with the data team to implement performance monitoring campaign analytics dashboards.
  • Brief Creative Studio for programmatic and native creatives incl. online videos, A/B test creatives, landing pages and Ad copy to drive aggressive growth targets and collaborate closely with different stakeholders at Skilling (country managers, designers, copywriters, sales executives) making sure our messaging is relevant to the end user in the different countries we are active and planning to expand to.
  • Represent the display channels and performance marketing at global, local and cross-functional meetings.

  • Have at least 3-5 years in a similar role at a company with a primarily online consumer audience. Experience in FX/CFD/Crypto industry is a big plus.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • University Bachelor’s degree in Law or related.
  • Ideally 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a Compliance/ AML Department.

Your skills

  • Firm grasp of Javascript and its nuances including the new EcmaScript standards. Asynchronous, functional and event-based programming with Javascript. HTML5, CSS3 and web development in general
  • Experience building Angular enterprise applications or similar Javascript frameworks based on components (Angular/React/Vue)
  • Knowledgeable about web protocols, application servers and web servers
  • Continuous Integration and Delivery experience with Bash, Git, AWS on Unix
  • Strong Agile philosophies from working in SCRUM/ Kanban/ Lean startup teams

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our growing family.You will sit across our three autonomous product teams to architect, implement, and continuously deliver the testing tools and infrastructure required to run tests at scale for both our front-end and back-end components.

What you will do

  • Work with our Product, Engineering and DevOps teams in building core products to bring Trading to the Living room.
  • Create, test and maintain both the UI and service layers of your product
  • Support developers in understanding how to write more testable and robust code and software with the appropriate level of quality.
  • Collaboratively work across all areas of IT development, actively liaising with developers and business stakeholders to improve overall quality and performance.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to our development team around strategies and production deployment plans with the team ensuring high availability of service.

Your skills

  • Understanding the benefits of using Automated Testing and when using is appropriate.
  • Ability to understand software architecture and the implications that this has on testing.
  • Good understanding of how to best design automated testing across application layers using UI, API, and Integration tests.
  • Excellent working knowledge of web automation tools such as Selenium in multiple browsers.
  • Ability to identify when performance testing is required and advise the team on how best to perform performance testing
  • Excellent bug reporting. Familiar with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience testing of APIs, Web Services and Backend Services.
  • Strong Agile philosophies from working in SCRUM/ Kanban/ Lean startup teams
