We are seeking an individual to fit the role of a Junior Dealer to join our team. The role entails working closely with our Trading Team and reporting directly to the Director of Trading.

Responsibilities

  • Responding, investigating and resolving various incidents related to many systems
  • Managing trades from inception to post-trade analysis, including building trades, pre-trade analysis, execution.
  • Oversee several systems simultaneously with attentiveness to details
  • Generate reporting
  • Provide support to other departments within the company
  • Handling inquiries and provide prompt, accurate and professional responds
  • Responsible to interact with admins and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the day-to-day operations of the client and broker business
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and that best execution policies are adhered to, including internal compliance during the performance of your role
  • Follow the procedures and documentation for trading/operations best practices; leverage the use of technology to provide efficiencies in all areas of the trade/reconciliation process
  • This position requires shift work on a rotation basis

Prerequisites

  • University degree in Finance, Maths or any other related field
  • 1 + years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts including night shift
  • Possess problem solving skills

What you will do

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM tools to design and execute strategies to manage client relationship and lifecycle.
  • Understand and analyze customer data, build dashboards, and report on results to support objectives and improve conversion and retention rates.
  • Hands-on experience working with different databases, BI tools, scoring of clients, and creating and segmenting complex audiences in different cohorts using attributes and events to understand behaviours, identify patterns, and communicate with our clients with the right message, using the right channel at the right moment. Clients' lifecycle management. Experience using a CDP like Segment will be a plus.
  • Plan data-led lifecycle and churn reduction tactics and oversee implementation in a customer-first mannerto mprove the KPIs of the area in terms of onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation of clients.
  • Analyze churn reasons and conduct surveys and other tools to measure customer experience to determine why customers are leaving.
  • Design, build, and refine workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the company platforms to support CRM digital campaigns and ongoing requests from the business using email marketing, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging and WhatsApp.
  • Loyalty program management, promotional, and activation campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B or Multivariant testing to drive performance optimization.
  • Work collaboratively to understand business and customer needs and advise on industry best practices and standards related to CRM communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate featured assets, content, and translations to ensure campaigns run optimally using Asana to run CRM multichannel campaigns.
  • Understanding of integrations and technical requirements for Product and Development teams will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of personalization with Ampscript, HTML, MJML, or script creation.

Who you are

  • Have experience of more than 3 years working as a CRM manager.
  • Have experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Ampscript to build communications and personalizations.
  • Know how to build dashboards with BI tools.
  • Hands-on person and self-starter with a get-it-done attitude, with the ability to drive projects with minimum supervision from inception to completion with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

The Payment Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of payments, ensuring seamless communication with payment service providers and gateways to address any issues that may arise daily. Skilling operates internationally and has service agreements with payment processors worldwide, to ensure all our customer payment needs are met.

Even though the role is open to remote work, the candidate is ideally based in Cyprus in order to work hand in hand with the team directly involved in payments and also be in a position to enhance the learning experience.

What you will do

  • Monitoring the day to day movements over the gateways to the CRM of Skilling and the PSPs.
  • Take ownership of the communication with the PSPs on the ongoing developments and the technical errors which may arise from time to time.
  • Take ownership of the communication with the gateways and raise the necessary ticket with their support departments reporting the bugs which arise with the PSPs.
  • Assist in the performance analysis of PSPs and contribute to the development of management weekly report.
  • Aid the Training Team to plan, deliver, review, and analyze ongoing payments training sessions for Agents from all Departments.
  • Pre-empt possible issues and bring potential solutions forward for implementation.
  • Work together with the operations team in order to continuously improve internal systems and enhanced capabilities, throughout.
  • Give operational feedback to the Head of Payments as requested with the given deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Head of Payments in the research process for new payment processors and methods; the review of the services and the full onboarding process.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the payments section.
