What you will do:

  • Be an essential part of the CRM execution team working in a multinational environment.
  • Build and refine communications using the company platforms. Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Optimove,, or any customer engagement platform experience is highly appreciated.
  • Support the implementation of automated journeys and the build of newsletters for multiple audiences.
  • Accustomed to building communications for different channels: email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, Slack, WhatsApp, and others.
  • Experience with marketing automation and automation tools to improve communications building time.
  • Use of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and JSON languages. MJML knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Deep linking, universal, and smart links, and the use of URL-shortening utilities for digital communications (i.e. bit.ly).
  • Conduct A/B or Multivariant testing to drive performance optimization, and other techniques to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and other important campaign metrics across different channels.
  • Be able to help fix different automated sequences and content in the different tools.
  • Update, manage, and assign tasks in Asana to run CRM multichannel campaigns according to the campaign calendar.
  • Be able to understand the Q/A testing process and participate in it to test multichannel campaigns to deliver the best quality communications for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the Skilling team to ensure campaigns run optimally and with cross-functional teams to coordinate featured assets, content, and translations in 15 languages to meet the monthly OKRs.

Who you are

  • Have experience working as an Email Marketing Specialist, Email Marketing Executive, or Email Developer.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, MJML, Liquid, and other technologies to build communications and personalizations.
  • Experience building multichannel campaigns: emails, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, WhatsApp, and other social media.
  • Experience building automated journeys and newsletters.
  • Basics of clients’ base management. SQL knowledge desired.
